Do I Need a Real Estate Agent to Buy a Home From Unlimited Homes?
Unlimited Construction is a Broker friendly builder, if you have a Realtor and they bring you to one of our communities or assist in a custom built home elsewhere, both you and your Realtor will be warmly welcomed.
However, if you do not have a Realtor, you may consult Jake Frerichs, a Realtor and part of the Frerichs Real Estate Team at Keller Williams, TREC. Jake is a part of our company, assisting in the development of our business and sale of our homes. He will guide you through a brief series of questions designed to maximize your time. Based on your top priorities and needs, he will help you discover which homes, home sites, additional features, and financing programs may be best for you.
I Have a Home to Sell, How Can You Help?
If you do not already have your home listed, contact Jake Frerichs. Jake is a Realtor and part of the Frerichs Real Estate Team at Keller Williams. Many times Jake is able to save a current homeowner time and money when you choose to enlist him in helping sell your current home to purchase a new construction home of ours.
Where Does Unlimited Homes Build New Homes
Currently we serve a majority of Central/East Central Illinois. While we are developing subdivisions and move-in-ready homes in Mahomet, we build custom homes within 50 miles of Champaign.
Can You Build a Home During the Winter?
Yes! Many people think that a new home cannot be built during winter months due to the cold temperatures, snow, and frozen ground. However, new products, building methods, and technologies have made it possible to be able to build new homes in the winter months.
How do I Purchase a Home That's Already Under Construction?
Purchasing a home that is currently already under construction is very similar to purchasing an existing home. Depending on the stage of construction the home is at, we allow for finishes and colors to be changed if desired. We provide you with a proposal of the home that explains what is in the home currently, and what is proposed to be in the home once it is competed. We walk you through the rest of the construction process and help you make the selections to personalize the home to your desires. Like an existing home sale, you put down a deposit on the home with the balance due once your close on the home and your loan (if applicable).
What if I Want to See Homes Under Construction?
Once you've visited a community, the sales consultant there will be able to set an appointment to accompany you on a “hard hat” tour of the new homes under construction. For your safety, it is critical that you do not enter a home under construction on your own.
Every effort will be made to accommodate you; however, please keep in mind that, because of a large number of floor plans we offer, we may not have every type of construction. Also, model availability and choices offered differs from community to community based on home site size, soil type, street layout, slope and other factors.
